The Huron High School PTSO will be hosting our annual Spring Staff Appreciation Luncheon on Wednesday May 8, 2019, from approximately 10:00 a.m. -12:15 p.m. This is a very special event for the staff and an important gesture from Huron families that goes a long way in showing our appreciation and support to our staff.
We are expecting 180 teachers and staff, so please plan on your dish serving 10-15 people.
Items may be dropped off on Wednesday, May 8, between 7:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. All donations should be clearly marked for luncheon or brought to the conference room near the offices. We do not have access to a refrigerator, so if your item needs to be hot or cold please plan on bringing it closer to 10:00 a.m. for the 1st lunch, or 11:00 a.m. for the 2nd lunch.
Please put your name on any dish that is not disposable and plan on picking it up after the luncheon .

***NEW VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR HURON SPIRIT SHOP***
Due to changes in work schedules, we lost a couple of volunteers over the past few weeks. The Spirit Shop provides a nice alternative spot for lunch choices for students which is why it is really important to be open during the students’ lunch times. Substitutes are welcome (no regular commitment required). Volunteers are needed to work once a month (or more) for a two hour time block (10:15-12:15) at the Huron Spirit Shop but if you can’t always make a shift, substitutes are welcome (no regular commitment is required).
If you are interested and want to know more, please email Tamika Banks at firstname.lastname@example.org It is only Two Hours a Month! Thank you for volunteering at Huron! GO RATS!!!
