New Information

YARD SIGNS ARE BACK!
Winter season sports, it's your turn. Yard  Signs are back. Parents show your River Rat Pride and support of your favorite River Rat with a  yard sign. The Booster Club is providing 3 different yard sign options for the winter season sports team to show support to your athlete, their sport, and River Rat nation. Yard signs are $25, double-sided, and will be delivered to your athlete's coach in early  January. Sales are open until December 16th. Purchase your yard signs   HERE.

BOOSTER CLUB MEETING

Next  Booster Club meeting is scheduled for Nov. 21st at 7pm in the Huron Cafeteria.

CONCESSION HELP

Winter Season is approaching and Booster Club will need help in the concession stand. Not all schedules are posted however, Girls Basketball have home games on Nov. 29th and Dec. 2nd. If you are able to help, you can sign up for JV or Varsity   here. As we receive the remaining winter season schedules, we will update the sign-up genius accordingly.

ANN ARBOR PUBLIC SCHOOLS PTO COUNCIL 

PTO Council’s next general meeting “What Does Safety Mean to Us in AAPS?” Is on Monday, November 21st from 7-8:30 on zoom. We invite all members of the AAPS community - students, teachers, and caregivers - to join us for panel and group discussion on what safety does, and does not, look like in our schools.

AAPS WINTER GIVING CAMPAIGN
Dear Huron Community,
The Holiday Season is upon us!  If you are able, please consider donating to the AAPS winter giving campaign.  Here at Huron, we are asking for gift cards to Target/Meijer/Walmart to give to our families in need this holiday season.  Last year, we raised almost 3,000 dollars.  Let’s try to beat that for this year!  If you have any questions or would like to donate, please contact Emily Mashal at

RaiseRight Holiday Gift Cards - an easy way to buy gifts this season AND earn money to support your Huron PTSO!


Gift cards are a great option for gift giving! You can skip trips to multiple stores and order online, there are hundreds of choices.  All year long our PTSO offers the RaiseRight gift card fundraiser (formerly “Shop with Scrip") and this time of year is the perfect opportunity to participate. Buy gift cards through the PTSO Scrip program at the same price as you would at the retailer, and a percentage of the gift card purchase cost is then donated to the Huron PTSO by the retailer.

GERMANY EXCHANGE PROGRAM
Huron is gearing up to restart its Germany exchange program. In May/June 2023, we'll host a group of high school students from Germany — from Ann Arbor's sister city, Tübingen. In June/July, a group of Huron students will spend three weeks in Tübingen, staying with families and getting to know the high school students there.
